Mad River Glen Cooperative
| I am interested in learning more about my opportunity to purchase an ownership share in the Mad River Glen Cooperative.
I understand that the Cooperative will consider applications for ownership on a first-come, first-served basis. This request does not place me on the application list -- I will receive this status only when I submit to the Cooperative a full application for ownership.
